New Year's Language Resolutions

I know we're way ahead in the new year and it doesn't even feel like it's new anymore, right? In times of life at the tip of a finger, it seems we're half way in 2020 already. But, wait a minute! What about those zillion resolutions neatly written down on a piece of paper or a touchscreen? How many of those are you actually keeping? How many of those are you actually making happen? I ask myself that question everyday and before telling you my answer, I'd like to address that one which gets to me: People often write - 'I'm going to learn English this year!'. Well, easier said than done, truth is most people faint at the promise before even starting to put it into practice. In the coming days I'll be writing more about it, with hints on how to make this one resolution be accomplished. So stay tuned!
Wishing a JOLLY GREAT 2020 to us all!!!!

My 2020 starts now, since it is February and that's my Birthday month. I have nothing but the best vibes about this year and know that the force of change within ourselves is the leading drive to make us soar into new accomplishments! I am filled with joy and hope for what is to come and wish to share this feeling with each and everyone coming across my life in 2020!! Good Year to us all and Lets Make it Happen! :-)

IATEFL - ELT TOMORROW

More than just names, these acronyms reflect the fast changing scenario of communication through English language. What lies behind them is directly connected to how present-day/future-day communication unveils. To be 'the teacher of the future' we must be riding on this flow, lest we shall lose track of teaching identity and market.

English skills in the real world | Liverpool Online

A great mind opening session which may hopefully help shed a light on institutions and exams teachers alike so that we improve on adjusting the learners' expectations towards their linguistic competencies. Profile leveling is particularly attractive to me as an examiner myself.
